Court Montalbano is located overlooking one of the oldest quarters of the old town of Rovinj, close to the iconic Piazza Grande. The fifty-eight sq. meter apartment has a separate entrance, and is ideal for a party of 4. This location is one of the few survivors of Rovinj's Promotion and Enlargement of Housing, which took place in the early eighteenth century, as a result of the considerable population increase.

This location was restored in 2007, still respecting the original architecture of the authentic old Istrian tradition. With its 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen in Mediterranean style, Montalbano Court is an oasis of peace and tranquility.
